Description

In Echunga Garden Of Remembrance. A polished red granite obelisk surmounted on a polished grey granite pedestal and rough-cut granite sur-base and concrete block and slab. A bronze plaque is affixed to the face of the granite block. In front of the monument is a concrete angle faced block with a bronze plaque affixed. Originally the monument was cited in the centre of town.
