Meritorious Service Medal
'For conspicuous good service and devotion to duty during period 16th September to 31st December, 1918. Warrant Officer COLLINS has served with the Divisional Train since its formation, arriving in FRANCE in November, 1916. This Warrant Officer has on a number of occasions been in charge of Transport Detachments and Trench Railway Systems, rendering most valuable service under enemy shell-fire. He has at all times maintained a high standard of efficiency, and been most helpful in the Administration of his Company.'
