Compassionate Grounds: His wife Marie Minna Schultz (nee Nuske) cleared out their home in Hamilton, Victoria & left with their two children aged 7 & 5, with another man named McDermott & did not return home. Waldemar needed to be discharged so that he could search for his two children.
