Albert Marshall BRICE was born on 24th May, 1893 in Broken Hill, New South Wales
His parents were Albert Arthur BRICE and Fanny Elizabeth MARSHALL who married on 26th April, 1888 in Adelaide, South Australia - they had 4 known children
Albert was living in Adelaide and enlisted on 26th April, 1918 for WW1 - he embarked with the 3rd General Service Reinforcements, B Company on 23rd July, 1918 from Melbourne on the HMAT Marathon
He was discharged on 9th August, 1919 due to being demobilized - he was then with the 1st Field Artillery Brigade - he was awarded the British War Medal & the Silver War Badge for his service.
Albert married Ellen BARRETT in 1927 in Victoria
On 2nd April, 1942 in Adelaide he enlisted for WW2 and was a Lance Corporal with the 3rd Battalion Volunteer Defence Corps and was discharged on 22nd April, 1944
Albert died on 5th May, 1964 in Adelaide & was cremated at Centennial Park Cemetery in Adelaide - his last address was in Kingswood, South Australia.
