"...3928 Private Conrad Albert Alford Jahn, 16th Battalion, of Northam, WA... Formerly a plumber, Pte Jahn enlisted on 24 August 1915, and as a member of the 12th Reinforcements, he embarked from Fremantle aboard HMAT Ajana (A31) on 22 December 1915.
