Ernest Bede JACKSON was born in 1890 in Bunnythorpe, Manawatu, Wanganui, New Zealand

His parents were George Albert JACKSON and Mary Ann Julia LEACH

He enlisted on 20th April, 1916 with the Light Trench Mortar Battery, 1st Reinforcements

He was Killed in Action on 9th April, 1917 in France
