Enlisted as 180776 EJ Robottom 29th Infantry Battalion on 10th February 1930. Allocated to HQ-Wing Band for duty.
Promoted to Bandmaster Warrant Officer Class1 on 10th February 1936 with the 29/22nd Infantry Battalion Militia for duty.
Award: Member of the British Empire ( Military List) 2nd January 1956.
