Son of Ada Louisa Sherlock of Litherland, England. Next of kin given later as his brother of Thomas E. Sherlock of 22 Cooper Street, Surry Hills, NSW and Albert William Sherlock of Litherland England

Medals: 1914-15 Star, British War Medal, Victory Medal
