His brother 19153 Driver George Nixon Williamson also of the 110th Howitzer Bty. 10th Bde. Australian Field Artillery was killed in action on the same day serving in the same unit when an enemy shell hit the ammunition dump they were working on, 14 June, 1917.
Both are buried side by side in the Kandahar Farm Cemetery, Belgium. They were the sons of Henry Trussler Williamson and Emily Williamson. Harold's place of association was given as Yerra, Queensland on the ROH by his brother in law.
A third served, 1168 Private Herbert Hamilton Williamson 30th Battalion AIF returned to Australia 4 May 1917 with for change with chronic rheumatism.
