Commenced return to Australia on 8 May 1916 aboard HS Themistocles as wounded disembarking on 19 June 1916

Medals: 1914-1915 Star, British War Medal, Victory Medal

Address at the time of enlistment was Normanby Street, Moonee Ponds, Victoria
