John Branxton GOODFELLOW was born on 29th September, 1895 in Branxton, New South Wales (registered in Burwood, Sydney)
His parents were John GOODFELLOW and Ellen (Nellie) KENT
He served in WW1 with the 49th Infantry Battalion & was wounded three times and invalided back to Australia on 28th March, 1919 and was discharged
John married Violet Muriel ROSSITER on 13th April, 1921 in Queensland - 6 known children
He enlisted to serve in WW2 on 18th May, 1942 with the 2nd Battalion of the Volunteer Defence Corp in Queensland
He died on 18th June 1975 & was cremated at the Mount Thompson Crematorium in Queensland
