9 Sep 1916:	Involvement AIF WW1, Disembarked Melbourne and admitted to Invalid Section No. 5 Army General Hospital with mumps.
9 Sep 1916:	Embarked Private, 6366, 13th Infantry Battalion, HMAT Euripides, Sydney
3 Jan 1917:	Transferred AIF WW1, 2nd Depot Battalion, Transferred to 2nd Depot Battalion.
12 Jan 1917:	Discharged AIF WW1, Discharged medically unfit and papers marked "Not due to misconduct"
15 Jan 1917:	Involvement AIF WW1, Resubmitted enlistment application at Liverpool, NSW. Admitted to Georges Heights at 34 Years, 2 months. Stated previous service at 2 years Light Horse as originally stated in May. Plus service in AIF 13 Battalion. Medical exam shows hernia scar not previously present.

25 Jan 1918:	Involvement Marched to the Front Line (Rouelles, France)
18 Apr 1918:	Wounded Wounded in action (gassing?) Transferred to 55 F/d Ambulance. Then on 20 April, transferred to England War Hospital, Duston. From Duston, transferred to await repatriation at No. 4 Hurdcortt Army Camp.
15 Jul 1918:	Involvement 33rd Infantry Battalion, The Battalion is sent to France to join overseas Training Brigade at Longbridge.
9 Sep 1918:	Involvement 33rd Infantry Battalion, Marched to the Front Line (Rouelles, France) No more is known up until the ceasefire and armistice.
15 May 1919:	Embarked 33rd Infantry Battalion, On 10 May, the unit transferred to UK, then on 15 May embarked on the Wiltshire. On the 12th August he was admitted to the ships hospital by R.M.D probably due to gassing on the previous April. He disembarked Australia on 19 August 1919, and was issued the following medals: The Star, British War Medal and the Victory Medal.
3 Dec 1919:	Discharged AIF WW1, Discharged after his 2nd medical.
