Son of Thomas Bridgewater Fox and Mary Jane Fox nee Blamires of Sorrento, Victoria
Between 10 June 1919 and 10 September 1919 he attended a Dental Mechanics Course with Dental Surgeon Mr Hessant of 29 Old Staine Street, Brighton, Sussex, England and was considered to be interested, keen and and his conducted was excellent
