23 Aug 1918:	Honoured Military Medal, The Battle of Amiens, On 23rd Aug 1918 during the attack on ST MARTIN'S WOOD near FOUCAUCOURT Pte McPHERSON showed great bravery and was mainly responsible for the capture of an anti-tank gun. He killed three of the gunners and captured the remainder.
