THE LATE DRIVER A. ETTRIDGE.
Mr. Andrew Ettridge, of Spring Vale station, Sheringa, West Coast, has received news of the death of Driver Arthur Ettridge, his brother. He died of wounds in France. Driver Ettridge was born on the West Coast. He worked on various stations, and before enlisting was employed at Laing station. He was an upright, obliging young man, and was much liked by his companions, ever ready to assist in any local affairs either for relief or pleasure. He will greatly be missed.

Quite a gloom was cast over the district when it was made known that Driver A. Ettridge had died from wounds received in France. He was born in this district, and resided here all his life, working on various stations. He was highly respected, and will be greatly missed. He was the first to enlist from Sheringa.
