Brother of Gustav Adolf Vieritz who returned to Australia on 20 Febraury 1919 having served in the 3rd Tunnelling Company

Commenced return to Australia on 11 January 1918 aboard HT Port Darwin disembarking at Sydney on 4 March 1918 for onward travel to Brisbane
