Thomas Edison Sprugeon CORRY was born on 17th November, 1894 in North Adelaide, South Australia

His parents were Samuel CORRY & Annie Maria LLOYD

He had previously served in the 28th Signal Company Army Engineers (CMF) before he enlisted in Keswick on 18th August, 1914 and embarked with the 1st Divisional Signal Company on the 20th October, 1914 from Melbourne on the HMAT Karroo

He was wounded with gunshot wounds to his abdomen  at Gallipoli and died of his wounds on board the Hospital Ship Neuralia between Gallipoli & Malta on 10th August, 1915 

His name is memorialised on the Australian War Memorial & the Lone Pine Memorial
