"THE LATE PRIVATE W. H. BAKER.
Mr C. A. Baker, of Rose-terrace, Wayville, has received news from the Defence Department that his son Private William Harold Baker, was killed in France on August 4. He was born at Adelaide on June 11, 1897. He was educated at Sturt-street school, and was a regular attendant at St Luke's Sunday-school.
