"...417917 Flight Sergeant Malcolm George Western, 576 Squadron RAF, of Marion, SA. Flt Sgt Western, aged 20, was the air gunner on Lancaster bomber DV342, radio call sign: UL-62. The entire crew of DV432 died on the night of 16 December 1943 when it was attacked enroute to Berlin and crashed at Lichtenberg, Germany." - SOURCE (www.awm.gov.au)
