Add my storyBiography contributed by Stephen Brooks
His younger brother 2482 Pte. Kensey Lyall Byrnes Wright 60th Battalion AIF, had been killed in action only six days earlier on 19 July 1916, during the attack on Fromelles some 70 kilometeres to the north of Pozieres, on the 19 July 1916.
They were the sons of William and Sarah Wright of Richmond Victoria. Their mum had passed away during 1911 when they were both in their teens. Sydney's medals and other awards were marked as "untraceabale"
