William Charles SHILCOCK was born in Southampton, England in 1889
His parents were William SHILCOCK & Lavinia Eliza TUCK who married in England in 1885
He had previously served in the Territorials in Southampton before he enlisted in Australia to serve in WW1 - four of his brothers also served in WW1
He married Annie Louise DANIELS in South Australia in 1914 - one known child Leslie Stanley SHILCOCK born 1914
