27 November 1915 - Taken on strength, 12th Btn, Mudros
6 January 1916 - Disembarked Alexandria (general Gallipoli evacuation).
30 January 1916 - Admitted to 8th Field Ambulance, Serapeum (mumps);
31 January 1916 - Transferred to No 1 Australian Stationary Hospital, Ismailia, and then same day to 4th Auxiliary Hospital;
14 February 1916 - Discharged to unit, and rejoined Btn
26 March 1916 - Embarked Alexandria to join the British Expeditionary Force
2 April 1916 - Disembarked Marseilles, France
20 July 1916 - Missing in action (shell explosion)
