Biography

"THE LATE PRIVATE E. J. CAIRNS.

Private Edward John Cairns (aged 21 years) was wounded at the Dardanelles on October 8, and has since died. He was the only son of Mr. and Mrs. Solomon Cairns, of Ardrossan, and one of the brightest boys in the district.
