Son of Luke Queenan and Mary A.J. Queenan formerly of Balranald, NSW and Deniliquin, NSW. Borther of John Leslie Queenan who returned to Australia on 20 October 1919 having served with the 20th Battalion.
Returned to Australia on 20 February 1920 aboard HT Cape Verde.
