Son of Alexander Vallance and Elizabeth Vallance nee Baird of Freshwater Creek via Geelong, Victoria.

Commenced return to Australia on 8 July 1919 aboard HT Friedrichsruh disembarking on 1 September 1919,

Medals: British War Medal, Victory Medal

During 1924c Neil married Edie Cook in Victoria

Son of Alexander Vallance and Elizabeth Vallance nee Baird of Freshwater Creek via Geelong, Victoria.
