"Mr. D. T. BOWMAN
The death occurred at a private hospital in Launceston yesterday of Mr. Daniel Thomas Bowman, Flinders Island. Mr. Bowman, who served in World War 1, was clerk to the council of Flinders Island for 32 years. For 25 years he was secretary of the R.S.L. sub-branch on the island. He was a life member of the League. Mr. Bowman is survived by his wife, son Stanley and two daughters, Ruth and Una.
