Son of George Joseph Quirey and Margaret Quiriey nee Adams of Clifton, QLD.

Husband of Ruby Eliza Florence Quirey nee Fitch of Glenaven, Crow's Nest, QLD. George and Ruby married on 30 April 1918 in QLD. Last known address was Eton Street, Nundah, QLD.

Commenced return to Australia on 5 September 1919 aboard HT Plassy disembarking on 30 October 1919 at Sydney for onward travel to Brisbane
