Dr. Edmund Bruce M. Vance, of Sydney, who has arrived in Melbourne 
from England, is the first medical man in the world to receive the degree of Master of Orthopoedics, the science of treating the maimed, crippled and deformed. Dr. Vance is leaving Melbourne today, and after a short stay at Leeton, will come on to Sydney.
