At the time of enlistment his residental address was C/- G.T. Lomas of 'Junabee', Warwick, QLD

Son of Minnie Foxell of 43 Villiers Road, Southall, Middlesex, England

Commenced return to Australia on 24 July 1919 aboard Bakara but transferred at Duban, South Africa  to the Bahia Castille for guard duties. Disembarked at Sydney on 21 October 1919 for onward travel to QLD

On 12 September 1923 Gerald married Elizabeth Maargaret Winnett in QLD

In August 1933 he was living at 'Ab-e-vil', Margate Beach, Redcliffe, QLD
