Second World War Service

When his country called for a second time, Todd Leslie Aisbett enlisted on 21 August 1940, service number W26163. During the Second World War he served with 5th Garrison Battalion, at No. 11 Internment Camp Harvey and with 'M' Garrison Company at Parkeston, near Kalgoorlie. He was discharged on 26 April 1943.

Son of the Town Clerk

Todd Aisbett was the son of Peter Aisbett, who held the position of Town Clerk of Southern Cross for about 10 years, until his death at the age of 42 in June 1903.
