Gunner - Clarence Reginald Burke

Clarence was the son of Arthur Edward and Maria Jane Burke who lived in the Monaro region of N.S.W.

He was a gunner in the 1st Siege battalion of the A.I.F. 1915-1918.

Clarence was badly wounded in France, and was hospitalised in 1917 in the U.K. He married nurse Rebecca Thomas on March 2nd, 1918 before his return to Australia.
