Son of Edward Vagg and Jessie Vagg nee Danerah of Fremantle, WA.
Next of kin given as his brother Samuel Vagg of South Fremantle, WA. Later changed to a younger brother Edward Vagg of Frederick Street, Fremantle, WA following the death of Samuel.
