Biography

James Lough BORTHWICK was born in c. 1885 in Eyemouth, Berwickshire, Scotland

His parents were John & Catherine BORTHWICK

He enlisted on 3rd April, 1916 with the 51st Battalion

Unit left Fremantle, WA on 20.9.1916 on HMAT Uganda

He died of wounds in Poziers, France exactly one year later

3rd April, 1917
