NOTE: Surname accidentally spelt Bernard on Embarkation Roll (www.awm.gov.au), actually spelt Barnard.

 

Enlisted 27 July 1915 at Adelaide.

Taken prisoner by German forces at Noreuil on 2 April 1917. Interned at Limburg Prisoner of War Camp for the rest of the duration of the war.
