Grandad Percy

Percival Richmond Stevenson was my grandfather on my mother's side.

My Mother and i lived with him when my Dad was overseas, I only had him for 3 years as he died in 1954, so I have no memories only photos, I would have loved to have known him.

 Dvr Percival Richmond Stevenson.

Born East Ballarat 1895. Service no. 14863. Inlisted on the 16th July 1915. 20yrs old.  Discharged 8.9.1919. Died in Dec. 1954. He took his life several years after his beloved wife Pearl died suddenly (Pearl Eliza Stevenson, 1900-11/8/1947). With ptsd. And the loss of his love he couldn't stay on this earth.
