Son of George Seamons and Isabella Seamons of Tatura, Victoria
Brother of George Wilson Seamons who returned to Australia on 31 January 1918 having served with the 7th Battalion, Alexander Robert Seamons who returned to Australia on 14 May 1919 having served with the 7th Battalion, Mayse Seamons, Margaret Isabella Seamons, Alfred Edward Seamons, Sarah Seamons, Alfred Edward Seamons (later named next of kin) and William Alexander Seamons
