Son of Franklin Gilroy and Sarah KERR, of "Kingston," 7, Lower Mycombe Rd., Neutral Bay, New South Wales.

Mrs. F. G. Kerr, of Claremont, Victoria street, Darlinghurst, bas been notified that her son, 2nd-Lieut. J. Kerr, has been killed. He received his commission on the field about two months ago. His father is also on active service.
KERR.—Killed in action in France, 2nd Lieutenant James Kerr, aged 19 years. Only son of Mrs. F. G. Kerr, of Claremont, Victoria-street Darlinghurst.
