25 Apr 1915:	Wounded AIF WW1, Private, 481, 8th Infantry Battalion, ANZAC / Gallipoli, Wounded (details unknown) on the afternoon of the landing. Evacuated via HS (not known) to Egypt however died of his wounds on 3 May 1915 and was buried at sea.

Walter George Coulstock was wounded in action on the 25-26 April 1915 and died of his wounds aboard a hospital ship on the 3 May 1915. He was buried at sea.
