At the time of enlistment he was residing in Court Street, Parkes, NSW
Son of John Edwin Quiggin and May Winnifred Quiggin nee Rutherford of Abel Street, Mayfield, Newcastle, NSW.
Commenced return to Australia on 1 November 1919 aboard HT Nestor disembarking on 16 December 1919 at Melbourne for onward travel to Sydney.
