Son of Agnes Biggs of Dunolly Road, Tarnagulla, Victoria; brother of Edward James Biggs who was killed in action on 7th August 1915 while serving with the 6th Battalion, Henry Biggs who was killed in action while serving with the 4th Light Horse Regiment and has no known grave and Richard Biggs who was killed in action while serving with the Australia Imperial Camel Corps and has no known grave
