At the time of enlistment was Gormaston, Tasmania having arrived in Australia early 1916 and moved to Tasmania.
Son of Margaret Quinn of Battleford, Saskatchewan, Canada.
Granted approval to sailed to Canada. On 5 November 1919 he sailed for Quebec from Tilbury, England aboard S.S. Tunisian
