Leslie Arthur Edwin KENDELL died on 26.12.193. He was a ganger on the railway and died from injuries received in a railway collision between his rail motor and the East-West Express near Minvalara (about 6 miles from Peterborough).
He is buried in an unmarked grave in the cemetery at Peterborough South Australia.
