Ivens H. Mayfield, 52, of MurrayBridge, a member of the 4th GarrisonBattalion stationed here, collapsed during a route march this morning, anddied almost immediately. A report wasprepared by the police for the Coroner (Mr. A. V. Pugh), who deemed an inquest unnecessary.
