Squadron Leader Leonard Thomas McGlinchey O4421 of Number 91 (Composite) Wing was killed when Gloster Meteor A77-860 crashed on take-off from Kimpo airfield in Korea - he was serving on attachment to 77 Squadron RAAF at the time
