Leonard Fraser Gillespie SEABROOK was born in Broken Hill, New South Wales on 10th July, 1910

His parents were Leonard Llewellyn SEABROOK & Alana Mary MacDONELL who married in Broken Hill in 1909

He enlisted with the Royal Australian Air Force in Perth, Western Australia on 28th April, 1941

He married Ivy Joy EVANS in Western Australia in 1941

Leonard died in a crash of an Avro Anson Aircraft (W2574), 9 miles north east of Nhill in Victoria and is buried in the Nhill War Cemetery

His name is memorialised on the Australian War Memorial
