CITATION.

                Sergeant Ross as air gunner has displayed cool courage and absolute lack of fear in the face of intense enemy fire and has always given his captain a clear running commentary, which has helped in evading the anti-aircraft fire.

                This airmen’s outstanding energy and cheerfulness have been a source of inspiration to his colleagues.
