Missing in air operations - target Stutgart Germany.

Mrs. C.A. Phillips, of Clement street, Plympton Park, has been notified that her husband, FO Clement Arthur Phillips, previously reported missing as a result of air operations over Stuttgart on July 29 in now belived to have lost his life on that date. FO Phillips was educated at Glenelg Primary and Adelaide High Schools and was employed by Commonwealth Oil Refineries before his enlistment. He was a member of the St. Peters lacrosse team.
