Sergeant Graham Melville Hart 407236 RAAF and Sergeant William John Dillon 404142 RAAF of 21 Squadron RAF were killed when Maryland 1614 crashed into the sea, north of Derna, Libya
Also killed were Sergeant John Edwart Phelps 102130 SAAF and Lieutenant Trevor Lloyd Parry 103104V SAAF
Their bodies were not recovered and they are commemorated on the Alamein Memorial
