Advice has been received by Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Leslie, of Ann street, Stepney, of the death of LAC Ernest A. Hobby at a northern operational base on April 20. Before enlistment he was employed at Finsbury, and prior to that he worked for Mr. Lesue for 18 years. He was a keen footballer in the East Torrens Association.
