Lindsay GUERIN was the son of Michael Martin GUERIN and Elvina GAMMON; Michael and Elvina married on 23 September 1903 at Millicent, SA.

He married Ruby POLLOCK on 9 December 1929 in St Andrews Manse, Mount Gambier, SA

He served in both the 18th Garrison Battalion & the 2/43rd Battalion where he worked as the Battalion Shoemaker

His father Michael Martin GUERIN (SN34) served in the Boer War with the 4th South Australian Imperial Bushmen
